Welcome to House Music Blends (“HMB,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, streams, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1) Eligibility & Use

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region that allows you to enter into these terms) to use the Services.
• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2) Acceptable Use (No Scraping • No Reverse Engineering • No Interference)

• No scraping or harvesting: Do not crawl, scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Services (including track lists, metadata, or streams) without our prior written consent.
• No reverse engineering: Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Services.
• No interference with streams: Do not disrupt, throttle, manipulate, or attempt to bypass quality-control, fingerprinting, muting, geo-blocking, or other technical measures.
• No automated abuse: Do not send automated requests beyond normal browser use, overload our servers, or attempt to probe/scan for vulnerabilities.
• No unlawful content: Do not upload, post, or transmit content that infringes any intellectual property or violates applicable law.

3) Content Ownership & Licenses

• Our content: Site text, branding, and design are owned by HMB or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, republish, or create derivative works.
• Music & media: All copyrights remain with their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party music featured in our shows.
• Your submissions: If you submit comments or materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display them on the Services. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

4) User Content & Takedown

If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, please follow our DMCA Policy. We may remove content at our discretion in line with applicable law and platform rules.

5) Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to third-party platforms (e.g., social networks, audio/video hosts). We are not responsible for those services, their policies, or their availability.

6) Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HMB AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMB from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

10) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law & Venue

• Informal resolution first: Before filing any formal action, you agree to email us at takedownmusicnow@outlook.com with a brief written description of the dispute. We’ll try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days.
• Governing law & venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, USA.

11) International Use

You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Services. Some content may be unavailable or geo-blocked in certain territories.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including repeat infringement under our DMCA policy or violations of these Terms.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14) Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HMB regarding the Services.
