House Music Blends (“we,” “our,” or “us”) complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and takes infringement seriously. Global note: While this policy is based on U.S. law, we respect copyright owners worldwide and will consider good-faith takedown requests consistent with international copyright principles.

2. Filing a Proper DMCA Notice

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material (with specific URLs or location on our site).
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A good-faith statement that use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

• We remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content expeditiously (within 5 business days).
• We notify the uploader and provide a copy of the notice.

4. Counter-Notification

1. Identify the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
2. State under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
3. Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address; if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction in Illinois, USA.
5. Include your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter notice to the claimant. Unless the claimant notifies us that they filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

A “repeat infringer” is a user who receives three (3) or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period. We may warn, suspend, or terminate access/accounts for repeat infringers.

6. Record-Keeping & Safe Harbor

We maintain records of DMCA notices, counter notices, and actions. We do not proactively monitor all content and do not knowingly host infringing content. Upon proper notice we act promptly in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512.
